Dobrainer provides domain protection, acquisition, leasing, and advisory services. We proactively register unclaimed domains to protect businesses from impersonation, abuse, or competitive threats. Details of each service are available on our website or provided directly during negotiations.

We do not guarantee the availability of specific domain extensions unless already under our ownership. Our outreach to your company is a non-binding offer to discuss options for acquisition or rental.

Our services are intended for business and professional use only. By using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete contact and company information
• Use the domains acquired or rented for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, including domain usage regulations
• Not misrepresent our company or the domain's intent or value to third parties
  

Service fees (for rental, purchase, or advisory) are either:

• Specified in your signed agreement
• Provided in written offers via email
• Listed on our website (when applicable)

Payment methods, due dates, and penalties for late payments are outlined in the Service Agreement or invoice. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All content, visuals, trademarks, and written material on our website are the intellectual property of Dobrainer or licensed third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any material without explicit written permission.

We do not engage in cybersquatting, impersonation, or misleading practices. All domains registered by us are held solely for protective purposes and offered directly to legitimate brand owners. Domains are kept dormant until leased, sold, or redirected with consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dobrainer shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Business interruption
• Lost revenue or profits
• Reputational damage caused by the non-use or use of a domain name
  

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the actual amount paid by you to Dobrainer for the specific service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dobrainer, its team, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your misuse of a domain
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Violate legal or ethical standards
• Delay payment past agreed-upon terms

Termination of services does not void payment obligations for services already rendered.

You may also terminate your engagement with Dobrainer at any time via written notice, subject to existing contractual obligations.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Middelburg, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
